For the March issue of Icon, I visited Textile Museum in Tilburg and reviewed Makkink & Bey's furniture pieces for the Living Spaces exhibition. I reviewed the Five collection produced by new Japanese brand Matsuso T.
During the beginning stages of Masterclass: The best interior design schools worldwide, I worked on researching and collating material for the publication as well as writing a number of articles.
I spoke with the prolific interior and product designer Ilse Crawford in Stockholm where she played the role of Guest of Honour. At this year’s Salone del Mobile, I interviewed Swedish designer Jonas Forsman, the new protégé of Moooi founder Marcel Wanders.
During Design District in Zaandam (NL), as editor of Frame, I interviewed Sebastian Wrong at Loods 5 in front of an audience of students and professionals. London-based Wrong was one of the founding members and past design director of Established & Sons. He currently holds the position of design director at Wrong for Hay.

At Stockholm Furniture and Lighting fair, I interviewed Marten Claesson of Swedish practice Claesson Koivisto Rune about Yenwen Tseng – a young Taiwanese designer who, they reckon, has huge potential.
In Design Academy Eindhoven, I took part in a debate with Gabriel Maher, a graduate of the Masters in Social Design, on the subject of gender in design publications. The debate was the last of DAE’s Design Debates series – a monthly event at the Designhuis in Eindhoven since September 2014.
